Francis and Kiara’s wedding at St. Paul’s Shrine in Cleveland, Ohio was the perfect summer day, followed by a beautiful summer evening wedding reception at the E.O.U.V. Club in Novelty, Ohio! They were so full of joy, and it made photographing their wedding so special!
When I arrived in the morning, Kiara showed me her details and extra florals that I could use, and I was STUNNED! There were buckets upon buckets of flowers! With the help of family and friends, they used flowers from Barnswallow Farm and arranged their own bouquets and centerpieces! I was so impressed by their creativity and by all the wonderful family and friends helping them!
Their vision for the day was inspired with colorful wildflowers, but a timeless and elegant style. Kiara’s two dresses were both secondhand treasures that she found and were perfect to match her beautiful cathedral length veil. St Paul’s Shrine in Cleveland, Ohio is so meaningful to Francis and Kiara. Not only had Francis’s parents been married here, it is also run by the Poor Clare Nuns, and Kiara taught me that her name is derived from Clare! The architecture of the outside of the church is absolutely stunning. It reminds me of historical, European cathedrals! It made the most beautiful, elegant backdrop for portraits on their wedding day!
Kiara was a vision of joy coming down the aisle, and Francis’s reaction said it all. You could see in his eyes all the love they share! After a beautiful Mass, we took advantage of the amazing exterior of St Paul’s Shrine for their photos! Kiara’s cathedral length veil was absolutely made to fly, and I had so much fun with creative veil shots!
Their reception took place at the E.O.U.V. Club in Novelty, OH. The E.O.U.V. Club is situated on 59 acres of beautiful property in Northeast Ohio. Francis and Kiara had the perfect weather for their reception, and we had the most beautiful light for golden hour portraits on the property! After golden hour, Kiara switched into her reception dress and these two danced the night away with family and friends!
I absolutely loved capturing Francis and Kiara’s day, and am so grateful to have been a part of their special day!
